Hi... සමහර වෙලාවට Background processing ගොඩක් run වෙන app එකක් හරි කිහිපයක් හරි නිසා වෙන්න පුළුවන්. මුලින්ම device එක safe mode එකෙන් on කරලා දවසක් දෙකක් පාවිච්චි කරලා බලන්න. Safe mode එකෙදි ඔයා install කරපු apps run වෙන්නේ නැතුව phone එකේ default apps ටික විතරයි run වෙන්නේ. ඒක නිසා මෙතනදි ඔයා install කරපු app එකක් හරි කිහිපයක් නිසා හරි battery එක drain වෙනවා නම් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්. Safe mode එකෙන් device එක on කරන විදිහ ඔයාට ඕන නම් මේ video එකෙන් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්.

Safe mode එකෙදි ප්‍රශ්නයක් තිබුනේ නැත්තං ආපහු normal විදිහට device එක on කරලා ඔයා ළගදි install කරපු apps uninstall කරලා හරි deep sleep දාලා හරි බලන්න. ආයේ comment එකක් හරි post එකක් හරි දාන්න safe mode එකෙදි හරි ගියෙ නැත්තං. Sort out කරමු issue එක. 😊

Comment එක ඔයාට යම් විදිහකින් උදව් උනා නම් comment එකේ dot 3 click කරලා Accept Solution select කරන්න.
