any Samsung m31 users here?

I have faced this issue when i try to use good lock apps ..i install them and open it but it's not supported to my m31 

 Here i can't use them i enabled nav bar but it's not changing...what to do ..anyone have solutions please suggest me ..i don't know what kind of problem is this..😒😔

Try enabling button navigation bar from settings.

Settings > Display > Navigation bar > Navigation buttons

Mmm....Try reset app preferences..and if didn't work try force stop and restart the device....Nothing bad will happen...
