You can revert to the previous update by rooting the phone and installing the firmware by your own. However it's not recommended as you will lose warranty. This is a common issue in Samsung phones and usually it gets fixed by the next update.

Hi... There's no official way to remove the update. Hope Samsung will fix if any issues with the next security patch. But you can use a few methods to minimise battery drain and heating. First, you can remove or put deep sleep into the apps that are not in use frequently. I'll help to minimise the background processing and eventually minimise the battery drain and heat. Also, if you're playing mobile games, you can use a phone radiator to minimise the heat of the device. And try to use dark themes and dark mode 😊

If your phone's battery health is deteriorating
rapidly and your phone is heating up after the
software update, here are a few steps you can
take:
1. Check for any new updates: Samsung may
release software updates to fix issues
caused by previous updates. Check if there
are any new updates available for your
phone and install them.
2. Clear cache: Sometimes, the cache on your
phone may cause issues with the software
Clearing the cache may help resolve the
problem. To clear the cache, go to Settings
> Apps > select the app > Storage > Clear
Cache.
3. Factory reset: If the issue persists, you can
try resetting your phone to its factory
settings. This will erase all data on your
phone, so make sure to back up your
important files. To factory reset your phone,
go to Settings > General Management >
Reset > Factory data reset.
As for canceling the last update, it is not
possible to uninstall an update once it has
been installed. However, you can try the above
steps to resolve the issues caused by the
update.
