Galaxy MShort answer is NO it won’t, this method is totally safe and won’t void Your warranty.
To explain it a bit more in depth, If you are upgrading the firmware, or flashing the Official firmware there is nothing to worry about, as the upgrading wont trigger your Knox. If you decide to downgrade, then your Knox counter will get triggered, and the warranty may be void (depending on where are you located).
