How To Improve video stabilization on jump 3

Can anyone please tell me how to improve video stabilization in samsung galaxy jump 3 5g in One UI 7? I did the self tests of sensors on my phone on #*0#* and now the video moves even without me moving when I turn on video stabilization!

Use a stand, digitally stable after the video or use a gimbal
