Hi have u tried updating ur phone to the latest software?

Another thing to do is to try and re-register your fingerprints. If this also doesn't work, the chances are that this might be a hardware issue which needs to be checked at a samsung authorized repair center.

I hope this helps

Hi, Check whether there is a software update in your phone. And also please delete all fingerprints and register your fingerprints again. And also if it is a indisplay fingerprint see whether the display is clean and restart the device and see whether it's working.

Thanks. 🙂😊
