If you are talking about slide thru fingerprint sensor to access notifications,
Yes it's removed on never versions. Anyway you can always check on
Settings>Advance Settings> Motion and Gestures.

Notification bar changed with the new One Ui 7 update. If you pull the screen down from left side the Notification panel is there. And if you pull from the top right the wifi, Bluetooth, brightness and the other page will open.
