Device Maintenance Issue

I just bought samsung M20, I wanted to move some applications to SD card but I could not find any option. Also i noted that Device Maintenance option is not available in the settings

that is the problem, in my case it does not show the option CHANGE

Is your Android version up to date?

many applications don't support to move application to sd card

but i checked for almost all, i used them in another phone which supports move to SD. There seems to be an issue
