Device Maintenance Issue

I just bought samsung M20, I wanted to move some applications to SD card but I could not find any option. Also i noted that Device Maintenance option is not available in the settings

Hmm, I think the ROM is corrupted. Can you reflash the Turkish ROM?

@kedicik, well i just bought this phone and i have no idea about how to reflash Turkish ROM , what would I need to do after reflash?

Almost nothing 😄 (the almost is just waiting and app updating) You can find tutorials on YouTube, because I can't describe it here.

well that is a good suggestion, i bought it from this stupid Hepsiburada website, but describing them the problem in Turkish is even more complicated 😀

Hmm, I think it is like "Telefonumda SD karta taşıma destekli uygulamalar taşınmıyor, hiçbir seçenek yok. Uygulamaların taşındığını biliyorum çünkü başka bir telefonda o uygulamaları taşımakta başarılıydım." There you go, it is in Turkish 🇹🇷 😃
