Charging Problem

Sometimes My phone is charging very slowly.After restarting phone it fix it self.Why is it?

1.Try to reset your phone and check wether its working .
2. If it still doesnt work replace the charger . cable

I found that is not a cable or adapter error.i think it's a software error
