Sadly Not eligible to receive Android 13 since you have already received 2 major upgrades.

Samsung Galaxy M02s had already received it's two major OS updates (Android 11 & 12). Therefore it's not eligible for Android 13 One UI 5.0 update.

It might receive security patches, but not get new Android operating system updates from its manufacturer.
