A command problem

I was watching a film in the samsung video. But when I gave command on the screan it was worked too late.. Why was it ?. what should I do that reason

Try these things.
1. Update the video player from the galaxy store if any updates are available.

2. Clear the data and cache of the video player. (Settings > Apps > Select Video player > Storage > clear data and clear cache)

3. Rest your device if the issue is still there.

4. Always maintain a proper free space If your device's storage is full.
