Go to galaxy gallery, type text and you can see at the left most bottom there is an icon of Gallery. you can open it and upload whatever u want to 🙂

there is no option to share video in comment.
its very simple
ist open galaxy gallery
2nd type caption and below caption there is empty space ,touch there and you will see at left most bottom of keypad there is gallery icon.
3rd open that icon and share tour stuff
