wifi connection

Apparently my phones wifi keeps on giving me this "!" Sign after every 2-3 hours.

Even though when it says no internet connection, my WhatsApp works fine but other apps don't. 

Considering that my wifi router is in perfect condition and my wifi works perfectly fine. 

It's just that my phone has this problem.

Help needed?

I think the problem is in WiFi connection and WhatsApp may be due to back ground running of mobile data which might have a package of WhatsApp

my mobile data is always off.

but if wifi connection has a problem I haven't seen it on other phones in my house.
can it be due to some virus maybe?

Actually, Your Internet Connection is slow!

WhatsApp Works fine, Because WhatsApp usage is low!
But, Other apps Want normal internet speeds!

i also have "!" exclamation mark every few minutes in A10s... this is really bad. TP link router connected with full power but " ! no internet connection " ever five minutes. All other phones in my home work normal but my Samsung. anybody can help?
