If cell is dead, you can connect rom and internal storage chip memory into pc and recover.

Bro as mention by hasan askari, chances are less.
You must try with expert with you.
Just connects chip to other circuit, than connet to PC.
Also, recovery only for unencrypted data.
Otherwise all loss.

There is no option unless your motherboard is repaired. Other option is too costly and risky and has only 20% chances of recovery, if you can find an expert technician who replaces the internal memory chip to a new motherboard but if failed you have to buy another motherboard and data will not recover.

Galaxy AJust checked with an expert,
You may be able to get the raw encrypted data off the flash chip typically found on the motherboard, but most phones are storing the decryption key securely in some kind of additional hardware that is resistant to physical tampering and inspection, so the likelihood of getting the unencrypted data from it if it’s not -functional- is low.
So I would suggest you forget the recovery.
