         When the new update of samsung galaxy A3 2017 launched in bahrain..?
Current software is oreo8.0
And security patch is Oct 1 2018

if security patch are received in oct than my friend unfortunately your phone is not updated to pie yet
wait and see may be Samsung release pie for A3
