samsung A30 4G signal issue

I recently bought A30 and meanwhile experience some 4G singal dropping issue with the device. I asked from several A series users and some of them also have the same issue. When the issue arise need to reset the device or put the network to flightmode and get refresh the network to reconnect.hope samsung will fix the network issue by upcomming updates.can anyone recommend some tips to overcome the above error.thanks

because galaxy a50 aldso same issue...may be they will fix...but I complain about this last two month 😓😓

I have the same issue.. the solution was to change the internet band from 4g/umts to 4g/wcdma. You cannot change this from setting samsung hide it. Try to use secret code like *0011# or a third party applications from google play store

An another common issue comes along with a30 and a50 i think a20 have this issue too

hi bro. i think this works. im not sure.
turn off phone.
remove sim card tray
turn on phone without sim card tray
clean the sim cards with surgical spirit or thinner meaniwhile.
turn off phone again
insert sim cards and turn on phone
