plzzzzz Help to solve my problem

I have Samsung Galaxy A20s. I mainly use sim1 for voice calls whereas sim2 for 3G data. While active data (browsing etc) on Sim2, I can not receive calls on Sim1. This comes to know when someone reports by other means.
