photos and videos disappeared from gallery

Hey guys,

After i installed gcam apk, after a while all of my pictures and videos got deleted itself!! Please help

Or Samsung account back up or restore.

no pictures or videos in recycle bin or dcim folder. i didnt back up any photos to samsung drive either

Ay that gcam apk is a virus ... Back up the pictures and videos.then quickly reset your phone

uninstall that app. if you have sd card as primary storage. then its recoverable. after uninstallation app. shutdown ur phone for 10 min. after turn on ur phone , check you gallary. if pics not thee then download sd card recovery app from google app store and recover it.

thank you but i dont have SD card, they were stored on phone's memory

برو به تنظیمات، بعد برنامه ها، بعد gcam,بعد روی برنامه مورد نظر ضربه بزن و سپس روی محل ذخیره ضربه بزن. حالا ببین حافظه پنهان و داده ها چه مقدار از فضای گوشی را اشغال کرده، اگر مقدار زیادی را اشغال کرده پس حتماً عکس هایت را یک گوشه ای مخفی کرده
go to settings, apps, find gcam and click it, then click on storage and now see the cache and data and see how much take your storage. if the quantity of data and cache are big so gcam hide your photos and videos
