facing hang or auto touch or screen flickring issue

I buy samsung a15 in march..... after some days i am facing auto touch issue....screen perform task and touch auto....now after 2 month i face same issue....in a day when i travel from one place to an other then this issue in working 

.... after some time mobile normal... i go to samsung care center they says it is software problem faced by many users(anyone who face this issue please tell me) solved it in may by software updates... soo that's why now i m in wait for hope to well mobile updates...

jab mobile ko pocket me dala ho or phr kuch dair baad wahan sy nikalen to ye issue dekhne me ata hai

I brought A15 a month ago facing the same issue flikring , touch screen.. also went to service center islamabad and they said its software issue and will be resolved when new patch released.. but still no update available

That's good keep it doing for fix this issue.... Mujhe to bara afsos howa k ye Samsung aisa kr sakta.... Or is liye is ki price me bhi drop aya..... Wait for updates till end of may...

I am facing the same issue of autotouch with A15. But i have found some kind of
solution for this which will help use your phone within a minute. Firstly you can disable accidental touch feature. Which i guess eliminate the issue but also make your phone vulnerable to touches in pocket.
Else Force restart your phone A15 by holding volume down and power button for 15 secs and issue can be eliminated instantly.

This is helpfull I know but in this scenario you will be noticed, all the apps of mobile and functionality is stuck for some minutes.... Disability of accidental touch feature not effective in every time.
