I have problem in front camera lens..there are some lines appear on the screen and also captured in the picture. I am so worried about it as it's been only 2 days I hv purchase the cell phone. Kindly guide me what should i do...thanks

I don't know abt the day light...but it shows error in artificial light ....

tube lights and some LED lamps give flickering light when they become old or faulty...For checking purposes, take a picture under any other lamp..second possible case may bugs in software..Update ur phone if it is on old software.

there are very rare chances that it may be a hardware problem..

the bottom line is :
if pics are ok under day light then your phone's lens is alright for sure but if pics are not ok then directly go to Samsung centre to claim your warranty..

have you try to check camera by Samsung interactive check.

please take a screen shot by tapping camera check button.

first check Rear than front.
you try both test and record screenshot for situation of both side camera.

go to Samsung customer service centr immediately. replacement will issue if you report your issue with in 7 days of purchase.
