After updating Samsung A30S to Android 10 battery draining become fast even mobile is not in use

You should monitor your battery stats via an app called Accu Battery. Monitor it for a few days to see actual stats to know what battery timing you are getting and the apps that are consuming more.

Do these steps to stop draining battery
1. put apps on sleep that are not in use
2. do Not use any third party app to monitor battery.
