I purchased samsung A56 12/256GB variant online on samsung official website on 30th april between the offer period of 15k voucher that was 3rd may. However i recieved mobile on 5th may. I inserted my sim and activated my samsung account same day on 5th may however no 15k e-voucher or offer appears in benefits section.
I contacted samsung CS team and they told that since u activated ur phone after 3rd may you are not eleigible for voucher.
So what is the purpose of online advertisement as i purchased before 3rd may so purchasing date should get me entiltled for voucher not activation date. If they are advertising vouchers till 3rd may on their website for online purchase they should offer it.
