Even updated through odin phone needs to be rooted and if phone is rooted then u are superuser and won't get any future updates on your phone...

I have 3 samsung phones note 9, S9 plus, and a50 all these I updated through odin I got every update over the air every security patch no issue.. U don't know about this so please u Don't do this if do it's Ur own risk..

1. Your warranty would be voided
2. knox security wont be tripped if you dont root your phone
3. yes you can change your csc without rooting ( use odin ) you can watch a video on youtube how to do that.
4. make sure you have orignal firmware
5. your phone could be bricked in the process
6. there might be bugs in the file you install on your device.

no problem until you have the software that matches your hardware otherwise there would be a soft brick and worst case scenario hard brick.
it's better to do some reading on hard brick and soft brick before doing anything.
use only odin latest version to install the firmware.
make sure to fully charge your phone or odin won't detect the phone.
for Samsung both correct model no and carrier matter.
csc cannot be changed on newer phones.
knox will only trip when you try to root your device.
