it's simple brother go to recovery mode and formate the phone and you will be good to go ....

it happens because of update and not to clear cache . whenever update your phone must clear the cache in recovery mode

Usually a smaller update is pushed out after a major update on a Samsung device it may take upto 1 or 2 months that will fix your issues.
