Unable to change notification tone

Hi is someone facing this issue. My unable to change my notification tone . Its gives an error of app stop working

Just ,uninstall the downloaded tone it will work

No its not about the tone.when go to setting and click sound and notification . I can easily change myringtone but when it comes to notification tone its doesnt work
