Themes/wallpaper error

Hello all,

I'm trying to access themes page on my galaxy a72 and I'm getting this message when ever I try to access them. Restarted my cellphone but issue still persists. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? There is no issue with my Samsung account. It's logged in and working fine. I'm attaching a pic of error message.

First close all apps.
Try after some hours if still the problem then try next day.
