Speaker issue

If I Select speaker on audio call the other person unable to listen me ...what is this problem kindly guide how can I resolve this.... I just bought my new phone and got this issue it's in warranty now what should I have to do for this issue

Dial *#0*# or open the member app to the right tab and diagnose it. And see what you got. And did you see it in any app like WhatsApp, or is this only dial app that defaults one with green dial. Then check the galaxy store for updates. If not, wait for the security patch. Or use Google dialer. If you see it in all dialers, then may b it's a hardware issue. Go to the service centre.
