Galaxy AI was facing similar issue with my samsung note 20 ultra...after checking multiple setting on the router I could identify that it is an issue with ipv6 DHCP settings. Try doing this:
Connect to your router and go to ipv6 DHCP settings. (Screenshot of my Huawei router)
Set resource allocation mode to manual. Ensure that the address assignment and other assignment modes are not SLAAC.
Restart the router. Tested on 2 separate networks and has worked for me. Best of luck!

Galaxy AFound the permanent solution for this issue:
From.your phone, go to Settings> Connections.
Find the WIFI name then click the settings/gear icon.
Scroll down and look for IP Settings, change it to 'Static'.
Change DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8
Change DNS 2 to 1.1.1.1
Save the settings.
Problem resolved!
