My samsung a31 is still in old march 2020 Android version 10  update why its not updating?

They can only learn to method to install updates but they can never be fix it. I recommend you use your phone as you use and next time careful what i say

I don't update this because my mobile has already received major updates. So, that i don't update it

Is you buy second hand phone from market?

Yes i bought it from market its second hand phone

This problem usually happens when you second hand mobile from market. Because they switch off the mobile(for several months) and updates has been broken and then this happens. I recommend all members that if you buy first hand phone or second hand phone from olx like app then it will be better because they run without having switch off and they have no any update problem

Also second hand market mobiles are expensive than olx. I understand all things when i my brother bought from market. So i hope , you will understand what i am saying
