My phone doesn't receive update till 2020. It is samsung a30 and till android 9. Even it has been received android 11 but my phone doesn't. You view above photos where in first image, last update option is disabled and also when i click on download and install option. It gives me in second option. I know that i can update phone manually using firmware.
My question is actually how it happens and any way how to fix that phone receives update automatically??
If, any person know this problem and answer my question, please tell me.
