A few days ago, I received Android 15 on that device. In stark contrast, I now possess a Samsung Galaxy A15, which boasts double the specifications and price, yet it is still running Android 14. Companies exploit us by selling overpriced products, assuming we are wealthy, but when it comes to after-sales service, they treat us with utter disdain. It is utterly insulting.
