Go to Settings -> General Management -> Reset -> then Reset mobile network settings. Also, reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings. Restart the phone and check.
Don't worry, your data will be safe. You will only need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password when you need to use the internet.
