I am writing to strongly express my disappointment and frustration with the Samsung I have not received one Ui 7 also
A04, launched in 2022. This device has been an utter letdown in both quality and performance, and I’m honestly shocked that a brand like Samsung would release a phone of such poor standards.
The phone constantly hangs, becomes unresponsive, and most of the time, it doesn't work unless I lock and unlock the screen multiple times — which is unacceptable for even a basic smartphone in today's market. It fails to perform basic tasks, and this happens randomly at any time, making it completely unreliable for daily use.
To make matters worse, the build quality feels cheap — even worse than low-end Chinese phones, which is a huge embarrassment for a company of your reputation. It feels like you're misusing your brand name to sell inferior products and fooling loyal customers who trusted Samsung for quality.
This kind of customer experience is simply unacceptable. I urge you to stop compromising on quality in your budget devices. If Samsung continues this direction, you will lose the trust and loyalty of many customers, myself included.
I hope this message is taken seriously, and that meaningful changes are made. We expect better from Samsung,
