When i post video made from my phone camera to whatsapp group than the quality of video drops significantly quality of video is very pathetic however i have choosen media upload quality to best in whatsapp settings..kindly suggest any improved way

It's a problem with WhatsApp from last update.
Nothing wrong with your mobile or camera.

Picture quality is good, but video quality is very very bad in WhatsApp from last update. Don't worry, they will fix in next update.

And you are right, video upload quality setting is not working properly.
