There are many things that can cause this problem. Kindly elaborate your problem with more detailes. From when you are facing this issue ? Is your device official PTA approved ? Did you droped your device? Or you change sims very frequently which may have caused sim jacket to loose ?
No i didn't drop my anywhere as far as i can remember and i really don't change sim oftenly and my device is non pta approved because i was here on a vist that's why i thought not to pta approve my device dose it could be because of i didn't pay the pta tex ??

Aap Pakistan mei km rehte hn to PTA approve na krwaein. Calls or sms k liye koi **bleep** cell rkh lein. Data k liye WiFi, yakisi or mobile ka hotspot, ya internet device use kr lein
Mobile theek h aapka. Hr IMEI (sim slot) ko 2 months ka time milta hai. Aapki sim1 ka time guzar gya, ab isme Pakistani sim nhi chalegi. Sim2 ko 60 days pure hote hi uska time bhi khatam ho jaega.
