Samsung a03s touch screen not working sometimes

Sometimes touch screen not responses. I have to restart  after that it's working.  How many  times I  can do this.  I lose my patience. Also, More than 5 times did factory reset anyway it's  not fix that problem

What can I do

I think so. Because yesterday I met samsung service center. I replace the new OS but still I face this problem

Then could be a hardware issue... maybe on display 😐

Yes, A03 also had a touch issues so many of them had to get a screen replacement, but it was done for free, in our region due to tax think it will cost a bit.. better to check and then do the replacement

You might have to replace the display. You can use diagnostic in samsung members app and see wheather it might fix the problem.
