Does anyone knows why is the Samsung Members not working sometimes??

I am facing this problem since few days ago. My Samsung Members isn't working properly sometimes. I tried restarting the device and clear data but that's not helping.Does anyone knows why is that?

From what i can tell your account needs some form of verification. So try to visit this link https://account.samsung.com/membership/intro

Sign into your Samsung account here, most likely the same thing will pop up.there. you'll be able.to fix the issue. Once fixed,

Clear data on the Members app and try signing in using the same account as the browser. Hopefully it will fix the issue.
