Samsung Galaxy A20

I have Samsung galaxy A20. When someone texted me on WhatsApp, fb Messenger, SIM-1, Instagram, twitter and FB notifications, Instagram notifications, it didn't play notification sound and didn't vibrate on any notifications. Even I received notifications sound and vibration on SIM-2 but not on SIM-1. 

Plz help me out with this problem. It's very annoying.

change the setting of sim 1, when u will go in setting u will see all options there.

I checked everything. every settings is seems ok. but still I didn't receive any notification sound and vibration

then go to apps section in setting and open Msg/watsapp and other apps app and change its setting there.

apps are all ok in apps section too.
