Sir/Madam,
Hello.
WhatsApp is very important to me. It was a great experience for me to use it. But I am facing a problem with my WhatsApp. Whenever I play my voice notes on WhatsApp and get my phone close to my ear voice message remains loud in sound. I have changed my mobile phone many times but this problem still exists. I have scanned my phone but no threat was found in this regard. I am serving in a secret agency and often feel irritated when the sound plays out loud. But when I optimise my Samsung phone with its built-in device care app said problem stops for some time and after 2/4 hours the same problem happens.
Please I wasted a lot of money by changing the cell phones but all in vain. There must no issue with the proximity sensor as I have changed many mobiles phone in just 3/4 months.
I am looking forward to have a positive response from you Please .

This only happens, if you don't touch the phone to your ear properly. Make sure that the upper side of the phone touches your ear.
