Samsung A51 mic not working while speaker is ON dueing call

Hi everyone

The mic of my samsung A51 works perfectly while using earphone during a call. Once i turn On the speaker during the call, the mic stops working and extremely feeble voice is heard by the other person. 

Can anyone help me out plz?

check if upper mic is covered via jel paper

well seriously i placed a new back jel paper few days back...it may be the reason... may i knw where is the upper mic located???
