Samsung A31 Touch Problem

I'm experiencing issues with my Samsung A31. The touch screen isn't working properly—sometimes the keyboard doesn't open even when I tap on the keyboard icon, which leads to typing problems. Additionally, when I open apps, the touch response is inconsistent. Also, the phone's vibrations are not functioning at all.

Test Vibration:
