Samsung A31 Hedphone Jack Issue

I recently bought Samsung A31 and I am facing an issue with my headphone jack. Sometimes it works perfectly fine and rest of the time headphones just provide treble sound without any bass. Its just noise to be precise. I have tried using many headphones but the problem won't go away. Can anyone help..?

I am Using Samsung headphones. Also I tried qith oppo and vivo headphones, the issue is common in all.

Try it with the Back Cover removed.
May be it stops the jack from fitting fully in the port.
