I bought brad new box packed Samsung A04 yesterday but it is showing a problem. It charge very slowly after 80%, like 2% in 20 min. Is any other A04 user facing same problem or it's a software update issue. Please guide, I am very worried.
Normally all phones charge with high speed from 0 to 80, then from 80 to 100% slow charging is used to keep battery healthy.
But 2% in 20 min is extremely slow. As your mobile is brand new, give it some time to set charge cycle pattern. Charge and discharge mobile for atleast 5 times as it it. This problem will automatically vanish. But if this occur even after some charge cycles then contact samsung service center.
