Samsung A 31. Vibration Issue

Since sometime, I have been facing an issue regarding the vibration of my handset. When I restart it, sometimes it vibrates normally on startup, sometimes very lightly or sometimes it does not vibrate. If it vibrates on startup, then after properly being switched on, it again stops vibration. Like, when I shift it to vibration mode, initially it works for approximately 3 to 4 times but after that it does not vibrate. Even it does not vibrate on incoming calls. Again I restart it and face the same behaviour of my handset. Please tell me how can I fix this issue?

Your phone has a glitch. Try to reset your phone if the problem is not solve must vist customer care

I tried it sometimes ago. But it wasn't fixed.
