Make sure you have inserted the SIM card correctly. If the same error persists, check again by inserting a different SIM card into the device. If the problem still persists, there is a 'Diagnostic' checks section for Members. Check the SIM card here and even if there is a hardware problem, you should get support from an authorized service center.

Have you restarted your device? Check the SIM slot, remove the SIM card and insert it again. Reset a device if it does not happen. There may have been a software error. If the problem still does not fix send you the bug report and wait for the new update. Update the device to the latest version. If you are still experiencing the problem, you should send it to a Samsung technical service.
