Go to the app info/settings in the app that you want to run in background. Then go to battery and change it to unrestricted or run in background according to your UI version.

Hi 👋,
Open settings>app>open which app you need to run in background>open battery>after you will see allow background activaty>and tap it 😃

Hi... as Pasindu said, you can change the background running settings. Same way you can change the background data usage from app info > mobile data 😊
