Routine: Mobile Network type not switching

I've set my both SIM network type to 3G and created a routine to switch on 4G if I turned on the mobile Data but it's not working. Also in the routine there is no way to select the settings for different SIMs like for the above I wanted to switch on 4G for only SIM 1 but this option is not available.

But Why are you trying to keep mobile on 3G ?
3G drains more battery than 4G.

I don't think so, as 3G is almost available everywhere while 4g is still not available everywhere and battery drain faster in low signals areas
