Galacy A30 is currently not in the list for built in Screen Recorder

featured flags is not given because of region or Company didn't decide what to give.

In Live focus mode the use of flash distorts the image. So it is removed in the Latest Update. As Samsung A30 doesn't have a depth sensor Camera. For the AOD feature you can roll back to previous version using APKs so you can get the rotating clock back. They removed it due to Amoled Screen Burns. Developer mode is not intended for a normal user and features vary so I cannot say anything about it. Hope it solves your problem.

Stock android came with link to desk but samsung didn't give to A30 users..
Also it didn't give us edge lightening..
