Hi... what's your device? Like it says, update the device if any security updates or Android upgrades are available to install. Then better to reset the device. Go to a Samsung service center if any issues come up like UI crashes, unusual battery drain any other malfunction. 😊

First of all backup your all data using samsung switch .
Second try to reset the phone .
Check the problem still remaining .
If yes needs to re install os. Please visit nearest samsung service point.

Try factory resetting your phone and dont use any suspicious apk or dont try to mess with system apps (make sure to backup your data!)
